Available Positions:

Salad Maker – Minimum 5 years of experience, knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Stewarding Supervisor – Minimum 5 years of experience, hotel/catering background preferred.

Kitchen Equipment Technician / Handyman – Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and equipment handling.

Unit Manager – Skilled in training, desert camp or cruise line operations, costing, HACCP Level 3 certification.

Waiter – Minimum 3 years of experience, hotel background preferred.
