Positions and Salaries (Basic + OT)

Key Requirements & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in troubleshooting & maintenance of Central HVAC Plant.
- Chiller Expertise: Must have experience with Air-cooled Chillers from major manufacturers like Carrier, York, Trane, Liebert, etc.
- System Knowledge: Experience in Chilled Water primary pump/secondary pump/chemical dosing, including expansion and buffer tank.
- Controls: Familiarity with HVAC mechanical and related controllers/instrumentation like Siemens, ABB, and Schneider.
