Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in docking, rigging, cradle docking, transferring, and undocking vessels at a high-capacity marine facility.
Communication & Understanding: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) with a deep understanding of vessel structures, stress points, load factors, cradle positioning, and blocking.
Operational Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of vessel stability, rigging, shipyard safety, floating dock capabilities, and dry-dock equipment operation.
Leadership & Safety: Proven skills in supervising technical teams and handling heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities: Planning, supervising, and inspecting the docking and undocking process, overseeing block installation and underwater inspections, maintaining dry-dock systems (mechanical, electrical, structural), operating floating dry-dock, managing skilled manpower, and conducting critical checks like sea chest strainer.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: High school diploma (minimum).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ship repair and docking operations (or equivalent education/experience).
