Sous Chef 🔪

 

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for culinary excellence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Culinary or Hospitality or professional cookery.
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Credentials in Health and Safety training – HACCP.
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute based on requirements.
  • Knowledge in forecasting and ordering of raw materials.
  • Ability to prepare layout, suggestions for organization, and equipment for new budgets.
  • Ability to ensure a cost-efficient operation with optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and facilities within the budget of the framework.
  • Age range: 25 to 38 years.
  • Salary: 7000 SAR (including food).

 

CDP – Production 🍳

 

We also have an opening for a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our production team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Culinary or Hospitality course or any diploma in professional cookery.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie role.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Credentials in Health and Safety training – HACCP.
  • Age range: 25 to 38 years.
  • Salary: 2500 SAR (including food).
