🛠️ Positions:

1. Cladding Operator (FG07101)

Requirements:

• 🎓 Diploma / ITI in Mechanical with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• 🛢️ Background in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing (e.g., Wellhead, Xmas Tree Components – Gate Valve Body, Bonnet, Tree Cap, Spool).

• ⚙️ Good knowledge of Fronius FPA 9000 (ETR or CCC) cladding machine.

• 🔧 Able to configure torches and control cladding parameters.

• 🧰 Must ensure proper maintenance of welding machines, electrodes, and baking ovens.

2. Machinist (FG07102)

Requirements:

• 🎓 Diploma / ITI in Mechanical with 3–5 years’ experience as a CNC VMC Operator with CNC 5-axis or 4-axis HMC machining.

• ⚙️ Hands-on experience with machines like DMG125 (5-axis Mill-Turn), DBC130 (Horizontal Borer), WFL 5-axis.

• 🗂️ Ability to document and communicate shift changes.

• 📐 Competent in reading work orders, blueprints, and planning machining tasks.

💰 Salary: 2500 – 3000 QAR
